STEPHEN WILSON STUDIO | Double Love | 12x26The Love pieces begin with a background created from luxury boxes and bags that have been deconstructed and then directly embroidered. The typography is made using a luxury brand silk scarf. The scarf is embroidered, appliqud, and then affixed to laser cut acrylic before being mounted in relief to the background. The butterflies are all individually embroidered to harmoniously blend with the scarf colors and are added to create a dimensional effect.
