The process of making this dress was unforgettable: three days spent learning from the women of the DuuNgaA cooperative in Teotitln del Valle, Oaxaca: masterful dyers and weavers whose work carries knowledge, resistance and extraordinary care. Together, we dyed this dress with cochinilla, creating a natural pink tone that feels alive, warm and
