Crawford River Cabernet Sauvignon 2021Blackberry, mulberry, dark chocolate and edges of black cherry. The focussed palate shows liquorice notes, gorgeous oak and black fruits, with fine tannins pulling a line from start to finish. There is a graphite component through the middle, together with a red gravel complexity, which conspire to add depth and density. Balance is key, with the natural acidity aiding the persistence and complimenting the depth we aspire to in our best wines.
