Tatomer, Pinot Noir, Heidi 2015This limited edition Pinot Noir is named after my daughter of the same name and born in 2015. The fruit is 100% Pommard Clone from Duvarita Vineyard in Santa Barbara. I used 100% whole cluster fermentation and tried for a bit more extraction with the intent of making a more age worthy wine. Dark red fruits, and autumnal flavors consume one's palette and nose.
